Consider a few questions before proceeding further:

What size bottles do you sell? Most of the companies we work with pack their oils in 1 or 2 oz glass bottles. These relatively lightweight bottles need some protection, but they don't require a lot of cushioning. Larger and heavier bottles generally require more filling.

What kind of orders do you normally receive? One or two bottles at a time, or three or more? Do you sell pre-made kits?

If you normally sell three or more essential oils at once and / or if you sell bottles that weigh more than 2 oz. each, we recommend that you pack the oils in a corrugated shipping box (either flap closure or postage style). For heavy bottles of essential oils or for companies that have great diversity in their order profiles, we recommend using cushioning options on the shipping boxes.
